Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on Monday unveiled the poster and trailer of its first live action Hindi feature film - Zokkomon, in New Delhi.
Starring Darsheel Safary in the lead role, Zokkomon's lead actor, the movie's promos were unveiled by National Bravery Award winners at a press event in the capital.
Zokkomon also stars Anupam Kher and Manjiri Phadnis. The music of the movie has been composed by Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy with Javed Akhtar’s lyrics, The movie is scheduled for a May, 2010, release.
Zokkomon tells the tale of Kunal, played by Darsheel Safary, who is an orphaned boy. He soon discovers how cruel life is when he is abandoned by his heartless uncle and is forced to fend for himself. Through adversity, Kunal finds the hero within and begins an epic journey of adventure and transformation to become, Zokkomon.
