News: Jay-Z is Arsenal F.C's Latest Big Name Signing

The Gunners have offered Jay and his lovely wife BEYONCE free VIP hospitality seats whenever they fancy seeing a game at the North London club's Emirates stadium.

Club bigwigs contacted the rapper after reading in the Sun newspaper that he is a big Arsenal fan. 

And the Jiggaman said: "I'd like to thank the club for their kind offer. 

Arsenal's captain, Spanish midfielder CESC FABREGAS, is Jay's favourite player in the world and the singer said: "It would be good to chat with Cesc and some of the other guys over lunch." 

There was some confusion last September when Jay was spotted at Manchester City's Eastlands stadium, in the home stands. 

But he has since made it clear he was only there to see City's opponents on the day - the Gunners. 

He added: "I'm glad Arsenal now know it's them I support." 

He also ended rumours he might be a Chelsea fan, after some Blues stars turned up at a gig in London. 

Jay said: "They were cool guys but it's all about Arsenal for me." 

Arsenal are now second in the Premier League with a game in hand over leaders Manchester United. 

And if the Gunners go on to win the title in May, New Yorker Jay has offered to fly them out to the Big Apple to celebrate.

He said: "I want them to party in New York, my city. I will look after them and make sure that they have some amazing nights out."

He added: "The next time I'm playing in England I would like the Arsenal players to come and watch my gig and then come backstage afterwards.

"I know how hard professional sportsmen work so I want to offer an incentive for the guys."
