Simon Cowell opens up about his relationship with Mezhgan Hussainy for the first time.
The X Factor supremo told Piers Morgan's Life Stories (which airs on Saturday 9pm ITV1) how he is "smitten" with the Afghan-born make-up artist and knows she is "The One".
Simon, 50, was also grilled on his looks and caused the audience to burst into laughter when he claimed he wasn't vain.
Botox fan Simon compared getting the line-smoothing treatment to cleaning his teeth.
